The core management team is lead by the Managing director Mr. Velu and directors Mr. SB Chavan and Mr. BS Bhosale.It consists of highly qualified and experienced engineering team that comprises of well experienced staff trained and qualified by ISRO organizations to manufacture and inspect and test the various hybrids and PCB module assemblies.

MR. SP VELU, Managing Director

M.E.in Electronics & Telecommunications.

Experience of seven years in CEERI, Pilani, in design, development of Thick and Thin Film Hybrid Microcircuits and 17 years in WIE Pune.

Member of the elite team of engineers to formulate guidelines for HMC fabrication for satellite and launch vehicles.

Worked as CEO, in UB Engineering Ltd. (Electronics Division) & Vice President – Operations in WIE, Pune.

MR. SB CHAVAN, Director - Commercial

Was In-charge production for Hi-reliability Hybrids of the WIE and played a vital role in getting various qualifications for producing Space approved HMC’s.

Worked as General Manager – Marketing after getting the approval and instrumental in getting business for the company for HMC’s and Screening of HMC’s.

MR. BS BHOSALE, Director - Operations

Engineering Graduate with experience of 18 years in field of microelectronics especially Hybrids and PCB assemblies.

Worked as Quality Control Engineer for six years. Major contribution in obtaining ISO 9000 certification.

Worked as Production In-charge in Hirel department. Main contribution was to standardize new processes.
